- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Boots Rothwell west Yorkshire. Opening time 8.30. Caught site of staff member 8.35 & tapped on window to get attention. When she was ready @ 8.40 the door was finally opened. Doctor submitted important prescription overnight electronically. Your pharmacist said it hadn't come through. I then had to ring my surgery again who confirmed it had been sent. It was obviously a problem with your system. I eventually got the necessary drugs which were for my granddaughter.
